Allen Entertainment brings a new and exciting form of entertainment with its Summit Rock Wall Adventures.  Our portable climbing wall is great for kids and adults!  This is one of the most competitive climbing surfaces available.  With an overhang and 5 distinct climbing routes, this wall is ready for climbing competitions.  This fully mobile climbing wall will have kids both young and old cheering each other on as they climb their way up this realistic rock wall.  The 25 foot tall rock wall can accommodate 5 climbers at one time and up to 100 in one hour.

Our dual Extreme Air jumper system is manufactured by the same company that makes the Eurobungy jumper systems and is a smaller version of the Mobile Quad Pod.  It allows 2 jumpers at one time, using a patented flex pole technology, to experience heights up to 18 feet in the air while doing flips or 360s!  All this, in a safer, more controlled environment than with a standard trampoline.

Events 

AGE AND ABILITIES

Our climbing wall is suitable for all ages and abilities.  For birthday parties, our experience has shown that children 7 years of age and older have the most fun climbing our portable wall.

Our wall is set-up with 2 routes that suit beginners and 3 routes that will challenge the most athletic and experienced climbers.  Our policy is to keep the weight of climbers between 45 and 250 lbs.

The Extreme Air jumpers are also suitable for all ages and abilities but can only accommodate jumpers between 45 and 250lbs.

OUR PROFESSIONAL STAFF 

When you rent our portable wall for private events, you actually rent three of our staff to manage the event with it (five if you also plan to rent the Extreme Air Jumpers).  Our staff is in charge of safety first and fun second, but they will also plan and manage your entire function, birthday party, etc.

Our staff is in charge of safety.  They insure that each person is correctly wearing the safety harness and that the harness is safely attached to the patented hydraulic belay system that will slowly lower the climber to the ground once they get to the top.  This "auto belay" system allows each instructor to coach and encourage each climber to attain their goal.

Safety

Allen Entertainment is fully insured with a standard $1,000,000 liability policy from a top rated insurance company.

Rock climbing does involve risk. But when practiced correctly, rock climbing is a very safe sport.

Safety is our #1 priority at Allen Entertainment.  Our staff monitors the climbing area at all times, but your safety is entirely in your own hands when climbing, so we emphasize personal responsibility and proper training.  We have a number of procedures in place to ensure that all our customers will be safe. 

For insurance purposes we need every climber and jumper to sign a liability waiver.

All climbers must adhere to the safety rules posted. 

We pride ourselves in running a very safe operation.

A copy of our insurance is available upon request.

We can also have interested clients added to our policy as additionally insured.

AREAS WE SERVE 

We serve the entire southeast Michigan area and beyond.  Our wall is based in Waterford, Michigan and 30 miles of travel to/from Waterford is included in our rental price.  Beyond that it's $1.50/mile for staff travel and vehicle expenses.

WALL DIMENSIONS AND SPECS 

Our wall was produced by Extreme Engineering.  It can accommodate 5 climbers and is 25 feet high.  The wall must be towed into place with a standard size truck.  We require a level area that is 25 feet long x 20 feet wide to set the wall up (50 feet wide if the Extreme Air jumpers are used).  The rock wall set-up takes only about 15 minutes and the Extreme Air jumpers take an additional 15 minutes - a hydraulic system raises the wall off the trailer.

Vehicle/trailer access:

• The trailer is approximately 27 feet long by 8 feet wide.

• The Truck used to tow the trailer and the trailer together are 50 feet long. 

Space requirements once wall is detached from trailer:

• The wall once set up is 27 feet high, 8 feet wide and 18 feet long.

• We need at least 8 feet all around the base of the wall for people to climb. So the actual space requirement is an area 18 feet wide by 23 feet long.

• Together with the Extreme Air jumpers, we need a total area that measures 50 feet by 25 feet.  In a parking lot, that is about 6 parking spaces wide and a little more than 2 parking spaces deep.

Other Setup requirements:

• Surface needs to be flat, maximum grade 2%.

• The portable wall weighs 5,200 pounds.

• No overhead power or phone cables lower than 30 feet.

• Our towing vehicle weighs approximately 5,000 pounds.

We offer a weekday special: 15% off  Monday thru Thursday

We have two different options to choose from: Rock Wall or Rock Wall with Extreme Air Jumpers.

There is a 2 hour minimum for all events except small private birthday parties.

For small private birthday parties of 30 children or less, there is a 1.5 hour party package.

For larger events there is a price break at 4 of more hours and 8 or more hours.

We also have discounted rates for non-profits and church groups.

A deposit of 1/2 of balance is needed to secure your event date.
